Housing Resource Center
Permanent. Supportive. Affordable.
Looking for safe stable housing? We're here to help.
If you or someone you care about is living with a mental health condition and needs support with housing, we offer several services that may be able to help. We offer affordable apartments with built-in support to help people with mental health challenges live independently. Our staff are here to help with everyday needs and connect you with community resources. The Housing Resource Center programs are open to anyone in Hamilton County with a Serious Mental Illness diagnosis. While AIM Center membership is not required to utilize these services, it is strongly encouraged.
Permanent supportive housing is an evidence-based approach to addressing homelessness, particularly for individuals living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). At AIM Center, we provide stable, supportive environments that empower residents to integrate into the community, develop independent living skills, and connect with essential services such as healthcare, education, and employment. This approach is cost-effective, reducing reliance on emergency services, hospitals, shelters and the criminal justice system. Every resident must be able to live independently as our properties do not operate like a group home or assisted living facilities do. However, each resident is paired with a dedicated case manager to utilize when a need arises.
Our Housing Resource Center has reached its monthly financial assistance limit for February. Financial assistance applications will reopen March 2nd.
