Clubhouse Membership

Let’s work towards wellness and your recovery together. Anyone in the Greater Chattanooga area or within Tennessee state lines and has a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) is welcome to apply for membership with the AIM Center. Check out our requirements and the process below to get started on your membership today.

Membership Requirements

Be interested in attending AIM Center, as membership is voluntary.
Be at least 18 years of age or older.
Have a primary Axis I diagnosis. Example: Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD, Bipolar I or II Disorder, Schizoaffective, and/or Schizophrenia, etc. Anxiety disorders, dissociative disorders, eating disorders, mood disorders and psychotic disorders are all eligible for membership. If you aren't sure if your diagnosis would be eligible, please reach out to talk with our team further.
Be seen by a Licensed Mental Health Provider in the last 12 months. If you need assitance in seeing a licensed mental health provider, please reach out to our team! We are happy to connect you with our resource network.
Not pose a current threat to yourself or our community.

Becoming a Member is as Easy as... 1...2...3...

Step One

You submit an AIM Center Membership Application. This can be done online, or by visiting the Clubhouse in person during our normal operating hours.

Step Two

You'll work with our Membership Team to set up a time to come to the Clubhouse for a tour, review your application, and verify your mental health diagnosis with your provider.

Step Three

Once all the paperwork is out of the way, on to the fun stuff! You'll sign up to attend a New Member Orientation and get settled into the Clubhouse. We can't wait to meet you!
