Employment Dinners at AIM Center
Employment dinners are held the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at the Clubhouse from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. These dinners are open to any Clubhouse members who are currently working or who have ever thought about working and would like to learn more! It’s a chance for Clubhouse members to come together, eat a yummy meal and share about different experiences of having a job. It is $1 to attend and eat at the employment dinner. Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed in the U.S. since 1949! Every year during the month of May, organizations such as AIM, join the national movement to raise awareness about mental health. The goal is to fight stigma, provide support, educate the public, advocate for policies and raise critically needed funding to support the millions of people in the U.S. affected by mental illness. This year, the AIM Center is gearing up for a month-long campaign with the goal of raising at least $25,000 to support our Chattanooga community!
