We are so proud to celebrate one of our Board Members, Ivan Brown, on his recent induction into the Chattanooga Business Elite Hall of Fame.
This recognition is a powerful reflection of Ivan’s leadership and impact in our community. When we asked him what this honor means to him, he shared:
“This induction has granted me an opportunity to make a difference for businesses in our community. I’m grateful to continue building, serving, and pouring into this community that has poured so much into me. This honor reminds me that leadership is not about titles, but about the responsibility to mentor, to serve, to give back, to educate, and to open doors for the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders in Chattanooga. To be counted among leaders who have strengthened our local economy and uplifted others is both humbling and deeply rewarding.”

Ivan has served on the AIM Center Board for a little over a year, and from the very beginning, he has shown up with heart, dedication, and a deep commitment to our mission. When we asked why AIM Center is meaningful to him, he shared:
“The AIM Center is a special place to me because of their belief that mental health progress and recovery is possible. Every person deserves meaningful work, supportive community, and a chance to thrive and AIM provides the perfect environment for that. I’ve seen firsthand how connection, structure, and encouragement can transform someone’s entire life trajectory.”

His service on our Board is rooted in that belief. Ivan explained:
“Being a Board Member aligns with my values of advocating and serving those who need support. When Clubhouse members are empowered, families are strengthened and Chattanooga becomes healthier. Being part of AIM Center challenges me to think beyond business metrics and focus on human impact. That’s why the AIM Center means so much to me and why I truly love serving on its board.”
We are grateful for Ivan’s leadership, his heart for this community, and the way he continues to pour into AIM Center and the people we serve. Congratulations, Ivan!
