Anxiety is a common emotional state characterized by feelings of unease, such as worry or fear, that can range from mild to severe. People feel anxious from time to time, and that is OK!
Here are some ways to relieve anxiety:
- Exercise (walk, run, jog, dance)
- Breathing exercises (box breathing)
- Listen to music
- Talk to someone you trust (guardian, friend, etc.)
