We are laying Espero’s foundation both figuratively and literally, as this site becomes a foundation of hope for affordable housing in Chattanooga. 
As the sun rose over downtown Chattanooga this morning, our team visited the build site to see progress on 60 new units of affordable housing. Concrete is being poured, and materials are beginning to rise! This marks the beginning of something meaningful. We are creating a future where more people in our community have access to stable and supportive places to call home.
